Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Fort Smith, AR to oversee sales, profitability, and daily store operations for the Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts location.

You will supervise 2-25 associates, handle purchasing, budgeting, and reporting, and drive customer service and promotions both in person and by phone. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to hire, train, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of auto parts experience; management experience preferred; ASE certifications preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents; ability to write reports and business correspondence; communicate with managers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash receipts, or customer services.
• Monitor sales activities and promote products and promotions to customers.
• Grow store profits with current customers by suggesting new products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in stores; promote, discipline, and terminate workers as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Run the store and manage operations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
