Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees; ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Lead merchandising and inventory efforts, support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Promote safety and compliance with PPE and company standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
