Qualifications
- Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
- Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification; multilingual abilities.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise showroom service levels and execute programs like Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
- Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and aiding in hiring processes.
- Ensure telephone policies are followed and manage buy-online/ship-to-store, transfers, and special orders.
- Process returns, issue refunds accurately, and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise.
- Perform opening/closing duties, deposits, and maintain store environment and security.
