Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a customer-focused associate in Kansas to greet customers, help select parts, and support both retail and professional customers. You will process transactions, handle returns, and promote store programs while maintaining accurate cash handling and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities include assisting with stocking, planograms, and occasional in-store services; bilingual abilities are a plus, with ASE certification being preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professionals and service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone and quote prices; promote Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges/returns and address customer complaints.
• Complete daily operational tasks (stocking, planogram, freight, audits).
• Perform in-store services and, when needed, drive deliveries.
• All other duties as assigned.
