Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kansas is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, assist with parts lookup, pricing, and related sales activities, and help maintain store operations.

As part of a team, you will handle cash, returns, and daily tasks while aiming to provide an excellent customer experience and adhere to company policies. Bilingual abilities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store.
• Desirable: automotive parts knowledge and ASE certification.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock replenishment, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and drive deliveries when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
