Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and policies.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and support store management as directed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and daily store tasks.
• Perform in-store services and assist with vehicle-related tasks as trained.
