Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• ASE certification is desirable for automotive expertise.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers, assist with merchandise selection and related selling.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Complete company training relevant to the position.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operational tasks including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker processes.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services like test batteries, wiper installations, and light vehicle checks where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
