Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store phones, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock, planograms, freight receival, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as allowed.
