Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, assist with merchandise, and handle cash and returns per policy.

Responsibilities include answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting related items. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and ASE certification is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• ASE certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy
• Answer store calls and look up parts and prices
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and secure the register
• Perform in-store services and stock duties as directed
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed
