Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Clayton, GA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, assist in product selection, and handle phone inquiries with accurate part lookups and price quotes.

Role includes cash handling, returns processing, and occasional delivery. Bilingual abilities are encouraged; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts and quote prices.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) where permitted.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
