O’Reilly Auto Parts in Austell, GA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level customer service for retail and installer customers. You will support store management with tasks, greet customers, look up parts and quotes, and process payments with accuracy.

We value bilingual candidates and ASE certification, plus ability to multitask and provide friendly service. You may assist with stock, planograms, and occasional deliveries per business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform store operations like stock updates, planogram maintenance, and cleaning.
• Provide in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
