• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions per policy, and manage the cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges and returns according to company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily store operations and image updates (planograms, stocking, etc.).
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
