O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to both retail and installer customers in our Georgia store. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish highly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts and related sales or service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Assist with planogram updates, stock, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services and test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
