• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and service specialists with tasks.
• Answer phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with store operations, stocking, and testing equipment per training.
