Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail customers and assist in selection of merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote offers.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer and process payments.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
• Handle daily operational tasks and inventory counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
