Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will promote company service programs, assist customers in selecting merchandise, and handle daily store operations with a customer-first approach.

You will also support professional customers, manage transactions, and participate in stock and image updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes and store operations.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle-related tasks as trained.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when required.
