O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist who will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting programs, and assisting with parts lookups and quotes.

The role requires accurate cash handling, exchanges/returns processing, and resolving customer concerns while contributing to stock management and store operations.

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist their merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling approaches.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts and quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Handle cash transactions, process exchanges/returns, and maintain the cash drawer securely.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner and support stock, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform daily operational tasks including returns to distribution center, stock counts, and freight handling.
• Operate store equipment after training and comply with company requirements.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
