Job summary

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, process transactions, and handle returns; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Operate test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
