Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Texas is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Handle exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints.
• Support image maker and planogram updates, stocking, cleaning, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed by state/local laws) such as wipers, batteries, codes, etc.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
