Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Texas seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support daily operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be valued.

You'll greet customers, reference parts, process transactions, handle returns, and help with stock, planograms, and basic in-store services. ASE certification and Spanish language skills are considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer service programs and greet customers.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and returns.
• Answer store phone calls and look up parts and quotes.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions securely.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with stock/planogram updates.
• Perform in-store services and simple vehicle-related tasks as allowed by state law.
