• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash register duties, process payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quotes, and recommend related items.
• Perform daily store duties including stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and processing freight.
