O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service and to support store management in assigned tasks.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, supporting professional customers, handling cash and returns, and performing various in-store duties such as stocking and planogram updates. Training and policy compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, accept cash/checks, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle-related tasks as trained.
