O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. The role emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, and processing transactions with accuracy and care.

Qualified candidates may be bilingual; the job includes stock maintenance, planogram updates, and occasional delivery duties to support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support management and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process cash/credit transactions; balance cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed by state/local laws).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
