Job summary

The Store Pro at Genuine Parts Company operates at the NAPA retail store, serving as the primary contact for customers and delivering automotive parts solutions. You will support both retail and wholesale customers, using product knowledge to enhance service and contribute to store performance through responsiveness and engagement.

You will manage POS and catalog tools, assist with inventory and deliveries, and maintain a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Perform general housekeeping, inventory counts, and keep accurate records.
• Contribute to store performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
