Genuine Parts Company is hiring for The Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers in the NAPA retail store. You will provide automotive parts solutions, assist both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.
• Experience in retail, automotive, or parts environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions and inquiries.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, counts, and records.
• Contribute to store performance, merchandising, and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement of store processes and standards.
