Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers in the NAPA store, delivering automotive parts solutions with knowledge and responsiveness.

You will support both retail and wholesale customers, operate POS and inventory tools, and help drive store performance through engagement, accuracy, and teamwork. This role offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset; willingness to learn parts and systems.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, retail, or parts environments; knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems; ASE certification (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Contribute to store operations and team support to optimize performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes.
