O’Reilly Auto Parts in Cuero, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and support store management as needed.

You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, quote prices, process exchanges and returns, and assist professional customers. The role requires accurate cash handling, basic credit card transactions, and teamwork to maintain shelves, planograms, and store cleanliness.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist store management and professional customers as needed.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Answer phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Support image updates, planograms, and stock duties as directed.
• Perform in-store services and light maintenance as trained.
