Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver top‑tier service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and contribute to a busy automotive parts storefront in Texas.

The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges, and maintaining stock and planograms. Occasional deliveries may be required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers as needed and directed.
• Process cash/credit transactions and handle exchanges/returns per policies.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner and maintain cash drawer securely.
• Stock shelves, update planograms, and perform daily store tasks and inventory counts.
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
