Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high level customer service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management in daily tasks, while ensuring accurate cash handling and friendly service.

Role includes handling exchanges/returns, participating in store maintenance, and performing in-store services within local laws. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires outstanding customer service and ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Multitask in-store and on the phone while assisting customers.
• Familiarity with automotive parts is preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints politely.
• Participate in in-store tasks: stocking, planograms, and image updates.
• Provide in-store services such as battery tests, wiper installs, and more where allowed.
