O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in North Carolina to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management. The role includes processing transactions, handling returns, and providing phone support with accurate part lookups.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist store management and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and handle cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quotes, and recommend related items.
• Perform daily store tasks: stocking, image updates, planograms, and inventory counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training; provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
