Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, e.g. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by answering calls and quoting prices.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints; perform daily store operations and stocking tasks.
• Operate store test equipment after training; perform in-store services for customers where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
