Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help select merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and balance the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy and procedure.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and preparing returns.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
