• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly and help them select merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed and directed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone, look up parts, quote prices, and offer Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and address customer concerns.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and store cleanliness.
• Perform in-store operational tasks and stock adjustments as needed.
• Operate brake lathe and other trainable test equipment.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when required.
• All other duties as assigned.
