O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to both retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in daily tasks and operations, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling phone and in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Assist professional customers like installers as needed.
• Answer store phones per policy, lookup parts, and quote prices.
• Process exchanges/returns following policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle payments and credit card transactions.
• Complete training relevant to position and perform daily store tasks.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) per state laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when required.
• All other duties as assigned.
