Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in completing assigned tasks and emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing payments, handling returns, and conducting daily stock and planogram tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, provide quotes and promote related items.
• Handle cash transactions, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Assist with store maintenance, stock, planograms and daily operations.
• Perform in-store services and operate equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as business needs require.
• All other duties as assigned.
