Job summary

O&Reilly Auto Parts seeks an experienced Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter. You will manage delivery staff and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment while maintaining vehicles and coordinating with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone/online; invoice orders; direct picking and staging for delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Maintain vehicle inspections and daily mileages in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to serve professionals.
• Verify billing for parts, cores, and warranty items.
• Process returns and credits for cores and warranties in a timely manner.
• Assist across front and retail counters and with backroom duties as needed.
• Handle customer labor claims promptly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.
