Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage the store’s vehicle fleet, conduct safety checks, and maintain partsbackroom readiness to optimize customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, basic inventory management, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell to boost average transaction value. Evening/weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior automotive parts or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Basic inventory management and dispatching knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with deliveries from order creation to dispatch.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness.
• Lead organization of parts department/backroom and delivery areas.
• Engage customers, upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present (weekends).
