Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage the store's vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general readiness, while conducting account stocking visits and flyer drops.

In this role you will perform outbound calls, lead in the parts department organization, and upsell to increase order value. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean MVR is required.
• Ase certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and sales skills for commercial customers.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales.
• Assist dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and account touchpoints.
• Lead the organization and maintenance around the parts department and backroom.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
