Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage the store vehicle fleet, conduct inventory checks, and perform account visits to drive upsell opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and familiarity with inventory systems. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to meet customer demand and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers, and management.
• Understand and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching and coordination from order to dispatch.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and basic account touchpoints.
• Lead organization and maintenance in the parts department, backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present.
