You will act as an in-store resource, applying product knowledge to assist customers with questions while training staff to strengthen service capabilities. This role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and a positive, solutions-focused demeanor, with presence during peak times such as weekends and sales

Qualificações

• Experience supporting customers directly and guiding less-experienced team members.
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, occasional overtime— and support nearby store locations as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Support store management by promoting customer service excellence.
