Job summary

Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to support the Store Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

You will guide team members in daily tasks, strengthen product knowledge, and ensure safety and policy compliance within a busy auto salvage yard environment. The role requires leadership during weekends and peak sales events, hands‑on training, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers directly and guiding less‑experienced team members.
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, occasional overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting safety and policies.
