Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead the store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach and supervise staff, ensure accurate parts identification, and maintain high in-store technical expertise.

You will drive merchandising, sales results, and reporting while maintaining safety, compliance, and efficient store processes. The role includes scheduling, training, and supporting multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customers directly and supervising employees.
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
