Job summary

Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to support the Store Management Team by promoting operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and mentoring team members in daily tasks.

This role requires hands‑on training in parts identification, helping customers with complex questions, and reinforcing safety, policies, and a positive, solutions‑focused approach. Availability during weekends and peak times is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers directly and guiding less‑experienced team members.
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, overtime—and to support nearby stores.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and environmental standards in all operations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to team members.
• Lead parts identification knowledge and assist customers with complex questions.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate policies to the team.
• Support store operations including cash handling and reports.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures as needed.
