Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers directly and guiding less‑experienced team members.
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and basic product information.
