Job summary

Radius Recycling, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to support the Store Management Team by delivering exceptional customer service and guiding teammates in day-to-day tasks.

You will utilize in-store product knowledge to resolve questions, train staff, and maintain a safe, efficient environment in our automotive parts salvage space. Key duties include mentoring staff, handling customer payments, and ensuring operations align with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Direct customer service experience.
• Experience handling payments across multiple methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email apps.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Promote operational excellence and excellent customer service.
