Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, focusing on customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and parts sourcing. You will work with store systems, POS, and inventory processes while delivering parts to customers and maintaining store standards.

This role can be part-time or full-time, with availability on various days, evenings, and weekends. Spanish language skills are a plus, and physical tasks are required as part of stock and service

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use store systems and POS for sales and checkout.
• Basic automotive system and parts knowledge; willingness to learn more.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate with customers and teammates.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds and perform stocking tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store hit broader targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product standards and manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and keep the store neat and stocked.
