Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business. The role emphasizes customer service, knowledge of automotive parts, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, perform basic DIY services, and help maintain inventory and store standards. The position can be part-time or full-time, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and strong team communication. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs as needed.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
