Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, meet sales and service objectives, and learn store systems, parts knowledge, and core procedures.

The role can be part-time or full-time and offers hands-on experience in a busy retail environment. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform basic battery and wiper services, manage inventory, and help deliver parts when needed.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Use basic math for transactions.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support overall store targets.
• Maintain store product and inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and well-presented; manage stock and back stock.
