Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service targets. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. Part-time or full-time, with weekend availability, are possible.

Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, delivering parts, and maintaining inventory and store standards while using POS and parts lookup systems. bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in a retail environment.
• Read and interpret safety rules, catalogs, and manuals.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory accuracy.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
