Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business. You will assist customers, perform basic automotive services, stock and organize inventory, and operate store systems with attention to safety.

The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales goals. A friendly, reliable team member who can handle weekend shifts is preferred.

Formación

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements accurately.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product presentation and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes such as truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock.
